Doctors Can't Do It Alone! Here is an important fact: when it comes to professional marketing most dentists can't do it alone! In most practices, they have all they can do to manage the clinical aspects of the business. Taking on the day-to-day marketing responsibility is usually too much to ask.

Often, they try to informally pass along the responsibility to other team members — who already are working too capacity in their own job. The result: minimal or... no execution.

The answer we recommend: Utilize a Marketing Coordinator! Five to ten hours per week are more than adequate to manage the tools in the practice's professional marketing mix. It can easily be mastered, with proper training, by a current team member. You also have the opportunity to contract a freelance person. Usually a full-time candidate is not necessary.

The Marketing Coordinator will manage the day-to-day marketing responsibilities, under the doctor's supervision. A Marketing Coordinator Certificate will be issued to those that successfully complete the course.
