Initial Reactivation Letter

Reactivation letters are very important and should be used instead of postcards.  Here is an initial letter sample:

Dear Mrs. Baldwin:

In reviewing your dental history, Dr. Coast noted we have not seen you for your regular preventive visit in 16 months.

Regular preventive care is important in preventing dental concerns before they occur.  We want to do all we can to help you maintain a healthy smile by scheduling regular visits with me, your dental hygienist.  Please call our office as soon as possible to reserve your appointment.  We look forward to hearing from you and have flexible financial arrangements to better serve you.
